Automotive Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, providing knowledgeable advice on our vehicle selection.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct test drives and showcase the features and advantages of our vehicles.
- Negotiate and finalize sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and competitor offerings.
- Efficiently manage all sales administration and paperwork.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-driven with a focus on results.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including certain Saturdays and some Sundays.
- A valid drivers license and the right to work in the UK.
