Job Title: MET Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MET Technician to join our client's body shop team. As a MET Technician, you will be responsible for dismantling and reassembling damaged vehicles in accordance with repair estimates, while ensuring all safety-related items and materials are within their used-by dates and are fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles in accordance with repair estimates
  • Ensure all safety-related items and materials are within their used-by dates and are fit for purpose
  • Report any deviations from the estimate or methods issued to the estimator immediately
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail

Requirements:

  • ATA qualified in the motor vehicle refinishing trade
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
