At Cubis Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Logistics to lead our logistics operations across multiple sites and countries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an outbound freight strategy that meets customer requirements and demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of an outbound freight strategy across several key businesses and countries.
- Develop a singular approach to the logistics process and standardisation across IPE.
- Scaling logistics to meet IPE growth demands.
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Implementing effective rate card commercial strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers by monitoring and evaluating their performance against agreed contract terms, alongside negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Logistics management experience.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Experience managing a logistics team showing financial acumen.
