About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Functional Skills Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching in Mathematics, English, and ICT up to Level 2. The successful candidate will work across various locations, including college campuses, employer premises, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated teaching sessions to meet the needs of learners with complex and profound needs.
  • Champion English, Mathematics, and ICT throughout all sessions.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent, as well as minimum Level 3 in Maths and English. Experience teaching learners with ASC, SLD, and PMLD in a special education setting is also highly valued.

Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
