We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS team in Bradford District. As a key member of our community-based team, you will provide high-quality care to children, young people, and their families. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering a range of interventions, from clinical risk assessments to brief solution-focused therapies.

Working closely with our Intensive Intervention Team and other CAMHS pathways, you will facilitate appropriate interventions and care for clients and their families. Your 'can-do' attitude and quality-focused approach will be essential in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality care through clinical risk assessments, formulation, and short-term contingency planning
  • Delivering a range of face-to-face brief solution-focused interventions
  • Working within the community to empower service users, carers, and their families in decision-making and signposting to health and social care resources

Person specification:

  • Registered Mental Nursing Certificate (RMN) or equivalent
  • Social Workers registered (Social Work England)
  • Occupational Therapy (Allied Health Professional - HCPC)
