Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to join our team at Triple West Medical in the South East.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including a pension scheme, auto-enrolment to our Temporary Workforce (staff-bank), and access to sports and social clubs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead specific duties as part of the development of a multi-disciplinary team approach to care within our specialist unit. They should have a broad range of general ENT experience and play a key role in helping develop services and establishing collaborative partnerships with neighbouring trusts.

  • Staff development and training

  • Participation in audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • Conducting research and development, continuous professional development, and teaching
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have excellent leadership skills, 10 PA's, and a very good safety & quality record. They should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
