Hays Business Support is currently working with a reputable organisation in the not-for-profit sector. This organisation is recruiting multiple people to join their growing claims department. Full-time and part-time vacancies are available. Part-time is a minimum of 22.5 hours or 3 full days.
You will be working for a company that prioritises customer satisfaction and has an excellent reputation within the market. Within your role, you will assist with customer queries relating to healthcare claims, payments, and other services. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus up to an additional £4,000 pro rata per annum. The organisation also provides a range of excellent benefits, including up to 35 days' holiday, free parking, and health membership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries
- Assisting with customer inquiries and complaints
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction
