The Procurement Manager will play a key role in enabling Unipart Technologies Group to remain commercially competitive, while ensuring world-class levels of supply chain performance are delivered to our operations.

This position will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to deliver new business quotations for new and existing customers, driving business growth and improving financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities and Skills**

  1. Support business growth and improve financial performance through effective procurement strategies.
  2. Ensure all Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets are achieved for new business.
  3. Deliver projects from a sustainable supply chain perspective, achieving QCD targets and driving business success.
  4. Maintain programme management timing and successfully achieve project gateways, ensuring timely delivery.
  5. Provide support for new business enquiries to the Business Development team, driving business growth and development.
  6. Explore and develop the potential talent in all team members, facilitating their personal development and career progression in support of the wider organisational capability.
  7. Possess the ability to exercise sound judgement in a high-pressure environment, making informed decisions that drive business success.
  8. Proven ability to motivate, coach, and mentor others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, driving team performance and success.
  9. Proven leadership skills in a demanding Just-In-Time (JIT) production environment, driving business growth and improvement.
