Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and deliver a differentiated curriculum across all key stages, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
  • Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students, acting as a Teacher/Tutor.
  • Facilitate a learning environment that provides students with opportunities to progress and excel.
  • Contribute to raising standards of student attainment and support the school's goals for academic growth.
  • Lead, monitor, and evaluate the assessment and feedback to students, maintaining high standards in line with school and department policies.
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with school procedures, promoting good practices in punctuality, behaviour, and standards of work.
  • Assess, record, and report on the attendance, progress, development, and attainment of students, maintaining accurate records as required.
  • Engage with pastoral leaders to implement the Student Support system effectively.
