The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking electrical and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake electrical and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs\
  • Ensure compliance against contractual SLAs and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across the hard services operation\
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives\
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal customers\\/ul>\

Requirements

\
  • \
  • 18th Edition + NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation\
  • Strong maintenance and fault-finding experience\
  • Previous team leadership experience would be useful\
  • Good understanding of HSE & compliance\\/ul>\
