Senior Quantity Surveyor - M&E Contractor

AA Euro Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will work with a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Mainland Europe, the Nordics and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of detailed bills of quantities, including labour hours and material costs.
  • Track costs and labour throughout the project, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Prepare and present take-offs in a clear and coherent format, adhering to NRM2 requirements and procedures.
  • Ensure the final account is agreed within the specified project timeline, minimizing exposure to third-party claims.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of tasks assigned, seeking guidance from senior QS as needed.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience working in a similar role.
  • Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
