About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, and delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the store team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Coach and supervise Customer Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  3. Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Manage stock levels and ensure that the store is always fully operational.
  5. Support the Store Manager in the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
  6. Build relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive store environment.
Requirements
  1. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  5. Desire to learn and grow in a leadership role.
