About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications professional to join our team as Head of Marketing and Communications. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing and communications strategy, driving brand visibility and supporting income generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive communications strategy to increase brand visibility and support income generation.
  • Lead a small team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to promote various programmes and initiatives.
  • Manage and develop marketing assets to ensure they are on brand and aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
  • Build and deliver a communications calendar to drive reach and depth and support our charity's objectives.
About You

We are looking for a strategic thinker with experience in marketing and communications, who can develop and execute plans with measurable outcomes. You will be an expert communicator, editor, and proofreader with strong relationship-building skills. Experience of working within the charity sector would be an advantage, but not essential.
