CNC Milling Operator Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as High-Tech Manufacturing Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines using Siemens & Fanuc controls, following quality plans, and collaborating with the engineering team to improve processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring efficient operation of CNC milling machines
- Inspecting finished products for visual quality and drawing specifications
- Following written and verbal instructions
- Collaborating with the engineering team to improve processes
- Populating route cards & SFDC system to record manufacturing information
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Working safely and reporting any health and safety issues
Requirements for this role include:
- Experience and skills in setting & operating CNC milling machines
- Ability to produce products in a range of materials mostly metal
- Adhering to quality standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings to a good standard
- Good understanding of manufacturing techniques
- Computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive and proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Familiarity with either Siemens or Fanuc controls would be helpful but not essential
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
