We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as High-Tech Manufacturing Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines using Siemens & Fanuc controls, following quality plans, and collaborating with the engineering team to improve processes.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring efficient operation of CNC milling machines
  2. Inspecting finished products for visual quality and drawing specifications
  3. Following written and verbal instructions
  4. Collaborating with the engineering team to improve processes
  5. Populating route cards & SFDC system to record manufacturing information
  6. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  7. Working safely and reporting any health and safety issues


Requirements for this role include:
  1. Experience and skills in setting & operating CNC milling machines
  2. Ability to produce products in a range of materials mostly metal
  3. Adhering to quality standards
  4. Ability to interpret technical drawings to a good standard
  5. Good understanding of manufacturing techniques
  6. Computer literacy
  7. Excellent attention to detail
  8. Positive and proactive approach to continuous improvement
  9. Familiarity with either Siemens or Fanuc controls would be helpful but not essential

Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
