Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide support to senior staff in delivering exceptional care to our service users, who are living independently in their own homes or in supported accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal and practical care services to service users with a wide range of illnesses and disabilities.
  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support service users with mobility, toileting, and incontinence care where necessary.
  • Help promote mental and physical activity of service users through social interaction, outings, and engaging activities.
  • Document care provided, any changes, and other relevant information in accordance with our agreed ways of working.
Requirements
  • Compassionate, caring, and respectful attitude.
  • Ability to read and implement care plans.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of a caregiving certificate that covers the 15-care standards or a Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA).
  • A full right to work in the UK.
  • Valid DBS Certificate.
  • Driving License with own car.
