Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Space NK. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and retaining a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Ensuring a 'customer first' experience is delivered consistently across the store
  • Managing stock levels and inventory to minimize stock loss and ensure accurate stock files
  • Analyzing sales data and business reports to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive business opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team development
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and business reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
