About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and patient expert to join our team of teachers, providing one-on-one lessons to children struggling with numeracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student, utilizing engaging teaching methods to make learning accessible for all.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs
- Provide one-on-one support to students with Dyscalculia and other numeracy challenges
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to share progress and address concerns
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience in numeracy
- Proven track record of working with students with Dyscalculia and other SEN-related numeracy challenges
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A clear DBS check and legal right to work in the UK
