We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Norfolk. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday between 8:15am and 4:15pm over 37.5 hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting patient-centred clinical practice, overseeing medication reviews and reconciliation, and ensuring timely service delivery.
