Data Engineer for Scalable Data Infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our rapidly growing R&D team at monday.com. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on building innovative and lovable products while tackling complex engineering problems at scale.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting our platform to our Non-SQL DB infrastructure, planning and building data-related features, managing data sources on application and infrastructure levels, scaling out data as we grow, and directly impacting the future of our product from UI to the database.

Your Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with data streaming applications, performance optimization, and scaling out data worldwide.
  • Coding experience in high-throughput real-time data processing as well as analytic systems.
  • Proven working experience with NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch and Cassandra.
  • Experience with RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL/ Oracle / SQL Server / etc.).
  • DevOps skills in managing data-related workloads.
  • Strong skills in system architecture planning and seeing the big picture.
  • Team player, egoless, with strong communication skills and empathy.
What We Offer
