We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a young woman with a neuromuscular condition in her family home.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care, medication administration, and domestic support to ensure the client's comfort and well-being. You will also be required to accompany the client on outings, social events, and work-related activities.

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication as prescribed by the client's healthcare team
• Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Accompany the client on outings, social events, and work-related activities
• Support the client with daily living tasks, such as eating, drinking, and toileting

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:

• Experience working with individuals with neuromuscular conditions
• Ability to administer medication and provide personal care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
