Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical and technical support to primary care providers, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  2. Collaborate with patients, families, specialists, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
  3. Prepares patients for telehealth visits, including guiding patients on video telehealth technology usage.
  4. Supports clinical teams with paperwork collection, record requests, and scheduling appointments.
  5. Exemplifies exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a medical setting or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
