As a Relief Care and Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest. You will work closely with our care team to deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.

You will also support and encourage our residents to participate in a wide range of activities that promote their health and wellbeing. This may include helping them book appointments, arrange transport, and escorting them on visits. Every day will be diverse, and you will have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

We are looking for a warm, friendly individual with a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people. You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and be driven to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

As a Relief Care and Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team. You will be supported by our experienced care team and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
