About the Role
As a Location Manager at Anchor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rented housing properties. Your primary responsibility will be to manage properties and support residents in living independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Letting properties, managing rent accounts, and dealing with anti-social behaviour
- Ensuring repairs are carried out and maintaining resident trust and confidence in Anchor
- Managing the location's budget and service charge accounts
- Ensuring the location is safe and all health and safety checks and risk assessments are carried out
- Supporting residents to live independently by working with external agencies
- Connecting with residents to encourage inclusion in social events
