We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Expert to join our team at MCS Group in Craigavon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering blended L&D services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support creation and implementation of an effective L&D strategy, ensuring timely coordination and delivery of company inductions for all new starters.
  • Deliver in-house training sessions, including compliance refresher training, and manage practical training requirements and external course bookings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating training needs on site and developing a training development plan. They will also monitor and implement learning and development needs following analysis of skills gaps and business requirements.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in Learning & Development with experience in designing and delivering blended L&D services.
  • A proven track record of influencing and negotiating skills is essential.
  • 3rd level education or similar, and a training/L&D qualification.
