Cumnor House Sussex is seeking a visionary leader to oversee the Pre Prep department, shaping the educational experiences of pupils aged 2-7.

The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team in creating an inspiring learning environment, overseeing curriculum development and implementation, and ensuring children's emotional well-being and pastoral needs are met.
We estimate this role will come with a salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a progressive, stimulating curriculum that lays the groundwork for academic and personal success.
- Oversight of the Pre Prep department, including staff management and performance monitoring.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
Requirements:
- Possess strong leadership and management skills.
- Have a proven track record in education, particularly in early years.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development and educational theory.
