HR Operations Specialist

Location: Coventry, Salary: £30,000, Work Arrangement: On-site 5 days per week with some flexibility

In the role of HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial part in facilitating essential HR processes, including payroll management, employee relations, attendance tracking, and engagement initiatives. As the primary point of contact for the HR team, you will ensure that a diverse range of inquiries are efficiently managed, documented, and directed to the appropriate colleagues.

This position encompasses a broad spectrum of hands-on operational responsibilities, requiring close collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders. Could this be the role you’ve been looking for?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating the HR Information System (Dayforce) and associated records with attendance and payroll information, including new hires, terminations, absences, maternity leave, and other contractual modifications.
  • Assisting with payroll administration tasks.
  • Upholding confidentiality when handling HR records in line with established procedures.
  • Generating reports to support managerial decision-making.
  • Coordinating, facilitating, and participating in forums and on-site events.
  • Providing support for recruitment administration activities.
