Surgical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Surgical Registrar to lead our Maxillofacial Department at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert care to patients with head and neck, maxillofacial, and ENT conditions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in oral and maxillofacial surgery, with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience. You will be expected to lead clinical teams, manage complex cases, and participate in teaching, research, and audit activities within the trust.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead clinical teams in providing care for patients with head and neck, maxillofacial, and ENT conditions
* Manage complex cases and make informed decisions
* Participate in teaching, research, and audit activities within the trust

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Eligible for Full registration with GMC and GDC OR eligible for Full registration with GMC or GDC AND with a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in maxillofacial surgery (FY3+4 competencies or equivalent)
* Post graduate degree in Oral Maxillofacial surgery
* FDS/FFD FCS or FDS/MFD RCS or equivalent

Compensation Package

* Competitive salary: £90,000 - £130,000 per annum
