Job Title: Maintenance Craftsman

Randstad CPE Facilities Management Team is working with a well-renowned facilities management company to find an experienced, time-served joiner. The ideal candidate will have experience working within commercial environments, carrying out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within existing facilities management contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services and fabric as required.
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of the building fabric as required.
* Escort sub-contractors as and when required.
* Control water testing regimes and upkeep of the water log book.
* Procure materials and equipment to carry out works through the Supervisor or Manager.
* Complete work sheets for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Client's representative.
* Advise Client of minor additional works and compile estimates through the Supervisor or Manager.
* Attend call outs/breakdowns, carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as required.
