About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Miracle, a festive Christmas-themed cocktail bar located in the heart of Covent Garden, London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Take reservations and manage the cloakroom, ensuring guests' belongings are safe and secure.
- Assist guests with their coats, bags, and other belongings, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the cleanliness of the lobby, cloakroom, and washroom, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
