Executive Assistant Role

Chisholm Hunter, a prestigious family-owned brand, invites applications for an Executive Assistant to support the Chairman and Directors.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Chairman's and Directors' calendars, appointments, travel plans, and correspondence. You will also act as a gatekeeper, fostering positive relationships and facilitating direct access to the Directors' time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's and Directors' schedules, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
  • Communicate professionally with key stakeholders and brand partners on behalf of the Directors.
  • Research, prioritize, and address incoming issues with discretion and a sense of urgency.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the Directors and internal departments, maintaining credibility and support among senior management.
  • Draft correspondence, manage deliverables, and ensure all tasks are completed on time, even under pressure.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, working directly with CEOs and Directors. They will be exceptionally organized, with a structured approach and a collaborative spirit in a results-driven, people-oriented environment.
