This role requires the ability to build trusting and positive relationships with students and communicate according to their understanding. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one or small group support to students, assisting with learning tasks and promoting their inclusion in classroom activities.

Responsibilities

  1. Providing emotional support and encouragement to help build students' resilience and confidence.
  2. Under the guidance of teaching staff, providing feedback to students, parents, and carers about their progress, achievements, and any potential issues.
  3. Assisting with learning tasks and promoting students' inclusion in classroom activities.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents. A strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment is essential.

Salary

$35,000 - $40,000 per annum.
