About the Opportunity:

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Funding Scheme Operations Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of ECO4 and GBIS-funded projects, managing project pipelines, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Oversight: Oversee the funding process, ensuring projects comply with ECO4 and GBIS OFGEM requirements and meet delivery targets.
  2. Team Management: Manage the team to process new leads efficiently, delivering excellent service at every stage.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the delivery, submissions, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth job transitions across all process stages.
  4. Pipeline Visibility: Maintain visibility of the ECO and GBIS project pipeline, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  5. Liaison: Act as a key liaison with B2B clients (e.g., Local Authorities and Landlords), managing portfolios and providing updates.
  6. Complaint Resolution: Oversee and support the resolution of complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in energy efficiency funding schemes, preferably ECO4 and GBIS.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of inspiring high-performing teams.
  3. Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and reporting abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  4. Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating positive client experiences.
  5. Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Digital Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of digital tools and their application in project management.

Salary: £40,000 per annum.
