About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises.
- Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role successfully.
- Work within a team and under their own initiative to achieve goals.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, and a flexible approach to the role. You will also need to be open, honest, self-driven, and determined, with a professional attitude.
