About the Team:

Our finance team plays a crucial role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. We are dedicated to maintaining robust financial health, optimizing profitability, and delivering accurate and timely financial information to inform business decisions.

About the Role:

  1. Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for all entities within the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Manage the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, including tax returns and statutory accounts, to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
  4. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, developing strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and security.
  5. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. ACA or ACCA qualified.
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  3. Proficiency in financial software.
