A leading manufacturer in the medical devices industry, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology and high-quality products, seeks a dynamic, experienced Orthopaedics Scrub Nurse to leverage their clinical expertise in a new and exciting career path within the medical devices sector.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Orthopaedics Scrub Nurse to play a crucial role in providing technical support, education, and training on our orthopaedic products to healthcare professionals in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site clinical support to surgeons and operating room staff during orthopaedic procedures, ensuring the correct use of our devices.
  • Train and educate healthcare professionals on the use, benefits, and best practices of our orthopaedic products.
  • Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise during product demonstrations and customer meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse, specifically within orthopaedics.
  • In-depth knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and instrumentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and educate medical professionals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingsness to learn and adapt to the commercial side of the medical industry.
  • Travel across the North West.
