Kingspan has a temporary opportunity for a Financial Operations Assistant in Pembridge, Herefordshire. The successful candidate will work 23 hours a week, Wednesday to Friday, supporting the Credit Control Manager in controlling Accounts Receivable Ledgers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating credit limits and suggesting increases
  • Authorising credit limit increases within set parameters
  • Collaborating with the sales team to obtain necessary information for new accounts and credit limit increases
  • Conducting credit checks on new and existing customers
  • Addressing internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
  • Examining the sales ledger and contacting customers by phone and email who are operating outside of credit terms/Limits

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP or another Accounting system
  • Good communication and IT skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders

This role offers a competitive salary, circa £28,000-£32,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days Annual Leave pro-rata, Contributory pension scheme, Supported Professional Development, Free parking, and On-site canteen.
