We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in our school. This is a long-term position, requiring a 5-day workweek, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting pupils with varied Special Educational Needs
- Assisting teachers in the classroom and providing individualized support to students
- Holding a relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3)
- Eligibility to work in the UK or being a UK resident
- Previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years
- Excellent knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Previous EYFS, KS1 and KS2 experience
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Two references working with children
- Current DBS registration or willingness to apply
- Excellent rates of pay (£20,000 - £25,000 per annum)
- Dedicated consultants with 24/7 availability
