Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dining Room Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes to our guests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
