About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Education Advisor to join our team at TACT (The Adolescent & Childrens Trust) in North Wales. As an Education Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing educational support and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational advice and guidance to clients on their education options and career paths.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their educational goals and develop tailored plans to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with teachers, schools, and other educational professionals to ensure that clients receive the best possible support.
  • Monitor client progress and provide regular feedback and updates to parents and carers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £37,088 per annum, plus a £750 per annum homeworking allowance.
  • A flexible working arrangement of 14 hours/2 days per week - permanent.
