Job Title: Workforce Scheduler

MMP Consultancy is looking for a skilled Workforce Scheduler to join their team in Leicestershire. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in a call centre or similar environment is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange appointments with Tradespeople in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
* Handle resident queries and reschedule appointments using planning tools.
* Maintain accurate records by logging jobs onto the job management system/database.
* Coordinate resources to meet deadlines and targets.

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a call centre or similar environment is required.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and targets.
