Kitchen Operations

As a Baker at Chapman's Farm Fresh, you will play a key role in supporting the overall kitchen operations. This includes ensuring that all baked goods are prepared and presented to the highest standard, while maintaining excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and baking of a variety of cakes, buns, tray-bakes, and desserts
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Supporting the team to meet deadlines and targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a baker or in a relevant role in a busy kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility with regards hours of work in line with the needs of the business

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £12.50 per hour, with additional benefits including employee discount and on-site parking.
