With a strong focus on pastoral care, you will work closely with our Pastoral Team to develop and deliver an effective tutorial programme that fosters personal growth, social skills, and employability. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting students to achieve their full potential and progress to their next level.



Key Responsibilities


  • Facilitate group sessions designed to develop personal characteristics and social skills
  • Deliver employability skills training and provide support and guidance to students
  • Work closely with the Pastoral Team to develop and implement a tailored tutorial programme
  • Meet with students on a one-to-one basis to discuss progress and provide additional support
  • Support attendance and liaise with parents/guardians as required


We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual with a genuine interest in the pastoral care of students. Requirements


  • GCSE A*-C in English and Maths, or equivalent
  • Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
  • Experience of managing groups of students and delivering training sessions
  • Good ICT and administrative skills
