Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leisure Cleaner to join our team at Village Hotels - Walsall. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our public areas, including the gym, studios, and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas, including the gym, studios, and other facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our members.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
