Marketing Trainee

Coty, a global leader in beauty, is seeking a Marketing Trainee to join our team. As a Marketing Trainee, you will support the Brand Team in executing 360 marketing plans, monitor and evaluate brand and portfolio performance, and maintain competitor records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Brand Team in executing 360 marketing plans, including media executions, asset production, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand and portfolio performance, trends, and competitive landscape to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain competitor records and monthly tracking records, including promotions, Point of Sale, and advertising.
  • Liaise closely with the local and global marketing teams, merchandising, e-com, and innovation team to achieve the above roles and responsibilities.
  • Complete regular audits of brand e-content on retailer websites and work with the e-Commerce team to update content where relevant.
  • Develop a holistic sampling strategy to support product launches and key consumption periods.
  • Maintain budget files by raising POs and supporting with invoice queries.
  • Manage and distribute new product samples to marketing, sales, and PR teams as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships and be a good team player.
  • High level of numeracy, marketing sense, PC skills, maturity, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Indesign/Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Able to demonstrate a creative flair.
  • Able to demonstrate a passion for brands.
