Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

Salary: £32,500 - £37,500 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Luton. As a successful multi-skilled engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial, retail, and medical scales and weighing equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with weighing equipment and metrology. In addition, they should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently.

About the Role:
  1. Carry out installs, planned preventative maintenance, service, and repairs to industrial, retail, and medical scales and other equipment.
  2. Conduct on-site calibrations and repairs where required.
  3. Complete calibration certificates/paperwork on site.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Report any sales opportunities back to the office.
  6. Keep Office 365 diary updated to ensure visibility to the service and admin teams.
  7. Respond to customer callouts within 8 working hours and keep customers informed of any delays.
