We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic IT team, focused on designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native software systems that deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy software using cloud-based tools and services on AWS, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS services and best practices for building and managing cloud-native applications, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement infrastructure components using IaC tools like CloudFormation or Terraform, ensuring secure and efficient deployment.
  • Contribute to the development of features that scale horizontally, understanding how code interacts with scalable services on AWS, such as autoscaling groups.
  • Share knowledge and learnings with junior engineers through internal knowledge-sharing sessions and documentation, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • A few years of relevant experience as a Software Developer, with a strong background in data structures, algorithms, and clean, efficient coding practices.
  • Expertise in deploying applications to AWS, with a solid understanding of core AWS services, such as EC2, S3, and Lambda, and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Go, Python, with experience in additional languages or frameworks beneficial.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, with a high degree of autonomy and asynchronous collaboration within a distributed team.
