Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at BookBrunch Limited, working on a part-time freelance basis in Central London. The role will involve a range of administrative tasks, including email management, website maintenance, and assistance with social media.
Key Responsibilities:- Email Management: Manage and respond to email accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Website Maintenance: Assist with updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring it remains up-to-date and accurate.
- Social Media: Provide support with social media management, including posting updates and engaging with followers.
- Book Launch Support: Assist with logistics and coordination for book launches, including setup and teardown.
- Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate projects, including reading submissions and managing the Hashtag Press 2020 process.
- Support to Directors: Provide administrative support to the directors, working directly with the co-founders of the company.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong Numeracy Skills: Possess strong numeracy skills, with the ability to accurately process and manage financial information.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work well under pressure, with strong time management skills.
- Initiative and Independence: Show initiative and the ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy.
- Relationship Building: Possess confidence in building and maintaining relationships with customers and sales contacts.
