Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Youth Ministry Director at Ladgov. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote spiritual growth, character building, and social awareness among youth.

The ideal candidate will have a Baccalaureate Degree in any field and a minimum of three years of experience working directly with youth in established organizations. They must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

In addition to program development, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a database of parents and participants, coordinating events and activities, and providing ongoing leadership training.

Average salary: $60,000 per year.

The position is available for 20-40 hours per week, with office hours between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
