Job Title: Engineering Manager

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Configuration Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing configuration management activities for the Dreadnought program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain configuration management plans and processes
  • Lead a team of engineers in the implementation of configuration management activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify configuration management requirements
  • Manage the release of software products and supporting artefacts
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a technology, engineering, or science related discipline
  • Registered as CEng or eligible for registration
  • Member of a Professional Engineering Institute recognised by the Engineering Council
Desirable:
  • CM2 certified
  • Experience of configuration and release management in a regulated industry
