About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Drainage Design Specialist to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our drainage design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality drainage designs for various projects, including infrastructure and transportation schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop sustainable drainage systems for infrastructure and transportation projects
  • Work closely with our Principal or Senior Engineers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead the production of deliverables, including drainage designs, models, and calculations
  • Manage and develop stakeholder relationships to support the development of drainage designs within the UK regulatory framework
  • Contribute to the implementation of our business strategy and technical reputation

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the drainage sector and excellent technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and external clients
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritize when necessary
